Daily Progress Report
Joint Report
A joint report represents and gives detail of each joint from welding to backfilling. Tie-in and free tie-in joints, repaired joints etc are also represented with respective legend as shown in below figure. Each Joint will have UTM Coordinates.
- S-Curve – To assess the current project status w.r.t planned schedule for each activity as well as cumulative (weightages).
- Velocity Chart: Work done for a particular activity in chainage vs week.
- Cumulative activity March chart.

Compliance Report Generation
Feature to query any left out activity for any joint within a range prior to lowering or hydro testing.
- Pre Lowering compliance report generation
- Pre Hydro test compliance report generation
Lowering compliance report gives the complete history of joints with the conformation that pre-selected Section is ready to lower with the details of calculated section length to be lowered. It gives exception of activities not performed or not reported.
AGI / SV Station Works
Stage wise construction progress report of stations like IP, SV, Scrapper is shown in reports and updated on a daily basis.
Stages covered are-
- Civil
- Mechanical/Piping
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
Real Time Pipe Book Generation
The electronic pipebook is a fully linked index having relation to each pipe and its usage from stringing to hydrotesting. IMS pipe book is auto-generated from the digitization of inspection reports. A special query can generate pipebook having select fields, select chainages or select joint number range.
